Trademark Policy

When and how the LOAM name, wordmark, and visual identity may be used by third parties.

Last updated: 2026-05-12

Draft notice. This document is an interim version while LOAM's legal counsel finalises the platform's policy stack. It is offered in good faith; for the avoidance of doubt, the binding version will be re-published with a clear effective date once review is complete.

Names and marks

LOAM, the LOAM wordmark, and the LOAM mark (the geometric symbol used as our app icon) are trademarks of Fernway Group Ltd.

Permitted uses

You may use the LOAM name to refer to the platform in articles, reviews, comparisons, and other editorial content without our prior permission — provided the use is accurate and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship we have not granted.

Merchants on LOAM may state that their store is "built on LOAM" or "hosted on LOAM" using plain text. We don't require a badge.

What needs permission

You need our prior written permission to: use the LOAM logo or wordmark in product or service marketing; modify the marks; use the marks in domain names, social handles, or product names; create merchandise that displays the marks; or use the marks in a way that could suggest official endorsement.

What is not permitted

Use that disparages LOAM, that misleads users about the source or sponsorship of goods and services, that violates law, or that combines our marks with material likely to embarrass.
