About

Commerce should be easier than launching a Notion page.

LOAM is an AI-native commerce platform built by Fernway Group Ltd. We exist because the gap between "I make this thing" and "people can buy this thing" was still measured in months, app subscriptions, and freelancer DMs. It shouldn't be. Describe what you sell; everything else is on us.

Four beliefs that shape everything we build.

Merchants own their brand

Marketplaces aggregate buyers but absorb the customer. LOAM hosts merchants who keep their domain, their data, and the relationship — we are not a marketplace.

AI should generate, not just suggest

Most AI store tools nudge you with a prompt and leave the work to you. LOAM writes the catalogue, draws the brand, and lays out the storefront — then hands it back for refinement.

Real isolation, not shop_id

Every store on LOAM runs in its own Postgres database with its own Stripe account. Data leakage between merchants isn't a bug we have to engineer around; it's architecturally impossible.

Agent-shoppable from day one

Every store ships with MCP, llms.txt, and an OpenAPI manifest — discoverable by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and your own agents. Commerce that AI can actually transact in.

Fernway Group Ltd.

LOAM is operated by Fernway Group Ltd., a UK-registered company. The team behind LOAM has been building commerce software for over a decade — Medusa, Stripe Connect, and the long tail of Shopify apps that should have been built into the platform.

We're small, fully remote, and shipping every week. If you want to know what we're working on, the blog runs at loam.st/blog. If you want to talk to us, email hello@loam.st.

We'd rather show you than tell you.

Five answers and a few minutes is all it takes to see what LOAM generates for your brand.
