Today we're shipping v2 of the LOAM commerce agent. The headline change: catalogues are no longer one-shot. The agent now keeps learning from every visit, every search, and every abandoned cart, and re-tunes copy, photography hints, and merchandising in the background.
What changed
In v1, generation was a single pass. You answered five questions, the agent wrote your catalogue, and that was it — any tuning had to come from you.
v2 keeps a live model of how visitors interact with each product. When the data shifts enough — a different palette dominating click-throughs, a new search term cresting, specific photographs outperforming others — it proposes a refresh. You approve, it ships.
What you'll notice
- Drafts in your inbox rather than silent rewrites. You always see what changed.
- Per-product tone tracking — the agent learns which products earn warmer language vs technical specs and applies that consistently.
- Search that follows behaviour — synonyms, common typos, and category aliases get promoted automatically.
Existing stores don't need to do anything. The new agent rolls out over the next two weeks.
